Being Inspired

I've been inspired by http://thefashionfast.blogspot.com/ and I'm following her heed. I know my blog will not be as interesting as hers, but I'm grateful she inspired me to step it up in my own life.
However I am incorporated home fashion as well, which may surprise you all, because I dont even own a home.
Now that you all know how bad my addiction is to material things, my quest for self-restraint begins August 1, 2008. and I'm not going shopping today, I am starting the fast without the large supper, I'm been buffeting for months and I have all the evdience to prove it.

I'll be going one calendar year without buying things for myself, clothes, decor. My reasoning will make sense after a couple posts.
